Vendor Application

Event Date: Sunday, December 7th from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m

Applications for 2025 are now closed, but mark your calendars for next year’s Winter Faire on Sunday, Dec 6th! Applications for 2026 will open in September.

The annual Winter Faire is a beloved community tradition in Marietta. Our indoor/outdoor Winter Faire will feature vendors with an incredible array of gorgeous, handmade gifts, a Secret Shoppe for children to purchase gifts for friends and family, music, wholesome children’s crafts, hot food, a coffee/bake shop, fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and more. Hosted by Susquehanna Waldorf School.

All vendors will be indoors in our historic school building.

Vendor Qualifications:

  • Handcrafted, locally sourced items are preferred.
  • All forms of media are welcome!  Glasswork, pottery, paintings, jewelry, photography and more.
  • We also encourage clothing, toys, personal care, and home goods.
  • Appropriate for a family-friendly event.

Vendor Pricing: $60 (+3% credit card fee)

  • 8ftx5ft indoor vending space
  • Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Includes social media promotion and vendor highlights in our newsletter
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable. If it’s determined that a vendor is not a good fit for this event, we will refund your vendor fee.

Important Notes:

  • Vendors must bring their own table and chairs
  • Wifi coverage is spotty, and vendors may need to use cellular data for online transactions.
  • No electrical access is available.
  • Vendor application deadline Monday, November 17th
