Admissions Process

  4. Apply on our website. Please contact the Admissions Coordinator with any questions: Liz Reid Pargament, liz.pargament@susquehanna.org, 717-426-4506 x224. Student academic records will be requested. $130 application fee. (Our Mixed-Age Kindergarten program currently has a waitlist for this academic year. Please contact admissions (admissions@susquehanna.org) to learn more about our waitlist application process prior to applying.)
  5. Application is reviewed by the Admissions Committee.
  6. Grades students visit for 3-5 days. Kindergarten students visit for 1 morning. A completed emergency information form is to accompany the scheduled visit. Developmental observation of the student with the Educational Support Specialist occurs
 during the visit.
  7. Parent/caregiver interview with Admissions Coordinator & Teacher. (Early childhood families complete the interview before the visit.)
  8. Decision for acceptance is made by Class Teacher, Admissions Committee, and Care Group with input from the Subject Teachers.
  9. Enrollment contract is sent to parent/caregiver.
  10. Enrollment contract is returned with signatures of parents/caregivers. Business Manager signs the contract.
  11. Upon Enrolling, a Home Visit is scheduled by the Class Teacher.
