Admissions Process

Overview & Timeline

  1. Request an Information Packet
  2. Tour Our School – View Upcoming Admissions Events
  3. Apply – Send an application completed by the parent / guardian along with the $125 application fee to:
    Admissions Office

  4. Parent Interview with Admissions Director & Teacher
  5. Grade’s students visit for 3-5 days. Completed emergency information form is to accompany scheduled visit. Developmental observation of the student with the Educational Support Specialist occurs
 during the visit.
  6. Decision for acceptance is made by Class Teacher and Care Group with input from the Subject Teachers.
  7. Enrollment contract is sent to parent/guardian.
  8. Enrollment contract is returned with signatures of parents/guardians. Business Manager signs the contract.
  9. Upon Enrolling, a Home Visit is scheduled by the Class Teacher.
