Special Subjects

Waldorf schools around the world have integrated the arts into every subject to provide rich and varied specialty subjects that complement and deepen the lessons taught by the class teacher. By supporting the main lesson blocks, the specialty subjects, led by specialists in their field, balance and enliven the rigorous classical education with imagination and creativity, giving students a fully-integrated learning experience that extends the core academic subjects. Classes include eurythmy, handwork, world languages, music, performing arts, orchestra, and woodworking.
