The committed support of parents plays a vital role in the school. The Parent Guild facilitates participation and communication in our school community, and all parents of currently enrolled students are members of the Parent Guild. We invite and encourage you to take ownership for this place that nurtures and educates your children – while supporting the dedicated teachers and faculty, you’ll also form stronger bonds (and make new ones!) with other families and further strengthen our beautiful community.

Sunset Aftercare Program
Susquehanna Waldorf School’s Sunset Aftercare serves students ages 3 and older who are fully toilet-trained.
Hours: 3:00–5:30 p.m.
Rate: $10 for the first hour, then billed by the half hour
Late Fee: To avoid the $25 late fee, please collect your student no later than 5:30 p.m.
Billing: Monthly through your FACTS Family Portal account.

• All forms must be fully completed—no blanks or “N/A.”
• Emergency contacts and authorized pick-ups must match across all forms.
• Parent signatures are required, including consent for emergency care and minor first aid.
