Substitute Teachers
Our Early Childhood and Grades departments are seeking substitute teachers!

Stepping Stone Afternoon Garden Assistant
Preschool Assistant Teacher
The Susquehanna Waldorf School is seeking a motivated and caring preschool assistant teacher for children ages 2-4 who will bring warmth, joy, rhythm, and consistency to this program. Our ideal candidate has experience teaching young children. We are looking for a teacher dedicated to Waldorf pedagogy who will bring a confident, nurturing, and warm classroom presence. The candidate must be able to meet all physical requirements, such as lifting children (up to 30 lbs) and getting up and down from the floor.
This is a part-time, hourly 5-day position (10:30 am – 3 pm).
The compensation package includes tuition remission for any children enrolled in the school and a 401K plan.
The Susquehanna Waldorf School is situated along the beautiful Susquehanna River in historic Marietta, Pennsylvania, which is within two hours of major cities such as Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
