Event Date: Sunday, December 7th from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m

The annual Winter Faire is a beloved community tradition in Marietta. Our indoor/outdoor Winter Faire will feature vendors with an incredible array of gorgeous, handmade gifts, a Secret Shoppe for children to purchase gifts for friends and family, music, wholesome children’s crafts, hot food, a coffee/bake shop, fire pits for roasting marshmallows, and more. Hosted by Susquehanna Waldorf School.

All vendors will be indoors in our historic school building.

Vendor Qualifications:

Handcrafted, locally sourced items are preferred.
All forms of media are welcome! Glasswork, pottery, paintings, jewelry, photography and more.
We also encourage clothing, toys, personal care, and home goods.
Appropriate for a family-friendly event.

Vendor Pricing: $60

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Includes social media promotion and vendor highlights in our newsletter
Vendor fees are non-refundable. If it’s determined that a vendor is not a good fit for this event, we will refund your vendor fee.

Vendor Contract Terms & Conditions

Vendor Agreement

Winter Faire is open to the public. It is an indoor/outdoor event and proceeding rain or shine.

We will be hosting approximately 50 merchants with handcrafted/local wares along with items from our students and families.

We do not permit vendors to sell any items endorsing any specific religion or to conduct any activity with the intent to evangelize, convert, or solicit for any church or other religious organization.

You must bring your own table, chair, etc. No tape (other than painter's tape), tacks, nails, or other items that may damage walls or surfaces of the school may be used.

There is no electrical access for vendor spaces and limited wifi available.

Vendors are required to be present during the hours of 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. on the day of the Faire.

Set-Up Day Before: 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., Saturday, December 6th. Access to vendor areas will be provided for setup and will be locked and secure overnight. Our parking lot is available for loading and unloading only. Street parking is available.

Set Up Day Of: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., Sunday, December 7th. Access to vendor areas will be provided for setup. Our parking lot is available for loading and unloading only. Street parking is available.

Tear down is immediately following the close of the Faire Sunday, December 7th at 3 p.m.

SWS is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

MERCHANT understands and agrees that, during the course of the SWS Winter Faire, the MERCHANT might appear in photographs, video, and the like in connection with MERCHANT'S participation. MERCHANT hereby consents to the use of any such audio or visual portrayal of the MERCHANT or the MERCHANT'S wares by SWS for advertising, promotional, or any other purposes, and agrees that any of such portrayals shall, thereafter, become the sole property of SWS for use thereafter. MERCHANT further agrees to comply with any reasonable requests of SWS for MERCHANT to assist in the public relations activities of SWS while on the site.

At all times, MERCHANT agrees to operate MERCHANT’S business and any concessions granted hereby in a safety-first and always-courteous manner. MERCHANT further agrees to operate, in every respect, in full compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
